Bel Haven Care's new Administrator

Bel Haven Care welcomes Russell Milnes as the new Administrator.  Russell brings with him a wealth of experience in the Assisted Living Industry, and he is not new to the role of Administrator with 8 years of experience.  We are very excited to have Russell's leadership and experience on the Bel Haven Team!
