Bel Haven Care Has New Ownership.  Scott and Michele Haaland of Roseville, CA, have purchased Bel Haven Care from Carole Owens.  Scott and Michele have two boys, Phillip (Age 5) and Andrew (Age 1).  The Haalands took over operations on Sept 21, 2005, and the ownership transfer was completed on November 22, 2005.
